PERSONALITY!
If there is anything she has learned from her parent's failed courtship, it is that mates don't last. It's because of this that she has sworn to herself never to take on a mate, or get so emotionally attached to a tom...this is good enough for now considering how young she is, but her future possibilities for a relationship are uncertain. Like stated earlier, she is far more comfortable just being friends with a tom, and keeps any other feelings that may arise at bay.
Dawnfeather has a strong, unwavering belief in their ancestors who watch over them in StarClan. The basis of her devoted faith was founded primarily by the Elder's who she's been visiting since she was a kit. The stories and tales they tell evoke a sense of wonder inside of her that she believes most Warriors grow out of, though she will never pass up the chance to hear a good story. She harbors this insatiable desire to learn as much as she can not only about her clan, but all the forest as a whole. When she was little she would tell her clanmates, 'When I grow up, I want to be an Elder!', this is a dream she still chases with a passion as she fights to save the oral traditions of her clan for many
generations to come.
Despite her personal feelings on having a mate, Dawnfeather actually loves kits. In a way, she almost feels as if she can relate to them more because of their innocence, something she wishes she could only help their Mother's preserve.
When she isn't performing her duties as a Warrior, she loves to spend all of her excess time either listening to the Elder's or playing with kits, this is something she never intends to stop doing.
This fondness in her heart for her clanmates does not mean she is without any flaws. Actually, Dawfeather can be rather brash and bullheaded, eve not the extent of displaying her distractions with acts of violence when she is all too easily annoyed.
HISTORY!
She grew up admiring her Mother, and after her parents split-up she had begun to despise her Father. Though her relationship with her Mother is now currently distant, the relationship she had with her paternal figure will seemingly never heal.
As an apprentice, she always strived for perfection. Being raised with the expectation of greatness provided her with the motivation to achieve excellence, so her reasons for wanting to persevere come subconsciously from within. This drive can give her quite a ‘tunnel vision’ while in a battle, and hinders her from doing well in fights with multiple offenders.
Frozenfang is a friend she made as a Warrior; though she's grown up with him around, they really haven’t had anything to say to each other at all until recently. She considers him a close friend, which is why he's able to slide under her pelt and irritate her so easily. It even gets to the point where she will lash out with claws in his direction or engage into a full scale scuffle with him, but their friendship tends to recover quickly from their slip ups.

So far her patrol had been doing well, each of the cats burying at least one thing into the ground...Dawnfeather unfortunately wasn't half as lucky. Though along her path the quarry was lively and seemingly in abundance, but it was all over her head as she walked along the hard earth. It was so frustrating! There were so many birds chirping and flapping about, but none within her reasonable grasp.
The blond cat paused to watch them as they traded branches and sang to each other, pausing in reminiscence as she was suddenly reminded of her apprentice training. Several moons ago she, Frozenpaw, and Blackpaw among others had walked this same trail with their mentors for a group session. Much to their dismay the prey had been running low and they couldn't practice hunting at the same time, but Blackpaw thought he could just climb the trees and snatch all of the birds from their nests. His loud caterwauls and yowls had scared off what little they could reach, and needless to say he didn't catch even a feather of what he claimed he could have.
The memories of that tom were as amusing as they were annoying, and really she couldn't understand how Blackpaw had managed to become a warrior like the rest of their generation had. Shaking her head, the she-cat started to slowly move in the direction she assumed Frozenfang was still walking, keeping slow and careful with her steps.

Blond colored tabby she-cat with bright green eyes.
FULL DESCRIPTION!
Her Father was a dark ginger tabby and her Mother could easily pass as a flame point, so Dawnfeather was born a fair mix of her parents with light blond colored fur and dark tinted stripes that travel across her pelt.
When it comes to comparing herself to other she-cats both in and out of the clan, this warrior considers herself to be rather plain. Her fur isn't long and luxurious, she doesn't have effeminate curves, and she definitely does not hold the 'natural she-cat charm' that all females are supposedly born with.
With her short choppy fur, light muscle tone, and awkward build she fits in as more of a tom-boy type, making her feel more at ease and comfortable hanging around males. Because there are so many other physically appealing she-cats about she doesn’t see how or why a Tom could be attracted to her, a thought she holds with indifference and not depression. She could really care less.
